the location is unbeatable. i easily walked to major attractions (especially the market!). the staff were super friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. the breakfast had a good selection of items too.

my room faced an inner courtyard (i felt a bit closed in). the lighting in the room was a little dim. some aspects of the hotel could use some updating, like the details in the bathroom.

the location was central near the cathedral i found it very accessible the room was large with a good sized bathroom the staff were pleasant i felt welcomed and helpfulness was always present at the front desk the breakfast was abundant with a rich and varied selection i appreciated the quality and diversity of the offerings

the sound isolation was not very good i could hear noise from neighboring rooms and it detracted slightly from the tranquility

i really appreciated the helpful welcome upon arrival. the public areas were well kept AND very clean with a modern feel. the receptionist gave me great restaurant recommendations, just as i asked. my room was clean, comfortable. the bathroom had a good shower.

the room did have some street noise, but it wasn't too bad.
